Service Description

Gemma is a self-serve platform for jewelry sellers. Sellers connect their Instagram Business account to their Gemma seller profile, import selected media, and turn that media into product drafts and listings inside Gemma.

How Platform Data Is Used

  • To import selected media into Gemma for listing creation and storefront management.
  • Each seller only accesses data for accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
  • Gemma does not sell Platform Data.

Requested Meta Permission

instagram_business_basic - used to access basic Instagram business profile and media data required for seller-driven media import.

Data Handling and Controls

  • Data access is scoped to authorized connected accounts.
  • Sellers can disconnect integrations from their business settings.
  • Users can request account and data deletion through our privacy workflows.
  • Platform traffic is served over HTTPS and authenticated APIs require access tokens.
